I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms near the front desk and entrance had balconies, but they faced a noisy street, making it hard to relax. The service by the receptionist was excellent and free, but they knew little about the area. The location in Buga was good but unfortunately near a busy and loud street. The dining options were poor after 10 PM, but the vermicelli dish was decent.

Wow, this hotel is a mixed bag! On the bright side, my room had a balcony, but it was quite noisy being near the entrance and facing the street. The front desk was conveniently close though. The service was top-notch, super nice and helpful despite not knowing much about the area. The location is good for relaxing, but be prepared for the hustle and bustle of the noisy street nearby. The dining experience was far from perfect, with unimaginative options, but at least the homemade jams were a highlight.
